*How is the cashback calculated?
The average transaction fees paid by you to Zimpler during previous months will be turned into a fixed monthly fee per market and applied during December 2024 and January 2025. This allows your transaction fees to decrease as your transaction volumes increase during these months. For volumes up to double your usual transaction levels, you will pay only the fixed monthly fee. Normal transaction fees will apply to any volumes exceeding that limit.
How will I receive the savings from the campaign?
The money saved through this campaign will be reimbursed to you as a cash-back payment in February 2025.
Are there any exclusivity or volume conditions to participate?
Yes, Zimpler must be your exclusive provider of account-to-account payment solutions in the applicable markets for six calendar months following the campaign. Alternatively, you must agree to process certain volumes through Zimpler for three calendar months after the campaign. If your current agreement with Zimpler includes more extensive commitments, those will still apply.
Is everyone eligible to participate in the campaign?
No, this campaign is offered to a limited number of merchants. Zimpler will determine, at its sole discretion, if your business is eligible to participate.
What is required to join the campaign?
To participate, you must enter into Zimpler’s campaign agreement by November 15, 2024. If you are a new merchant, you must also enter into a Zimpler merchant agreement and successfully complete the merchant onboarding process.
