Finansinspektionen). Zimpler AB is authorized to provide payment services pursuant to the Swedish Payment Services Act (Lag (2010:751) om betaltjänster), which implements Directive (EU) 2015/2366 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on payment services in the internal market (PSD2). Zimpler AB may provide cross-border payment services within the EU/EEA in accordance with the passporting provisions of the Swedish Payment Services Act.
