We want to provide the best environment for team and cross-function collaborations, whether that’s in the office or someplace else. We know flexibility is key for you to perform your best, that’s why we don’t have a policy dictating the number of days you need to be at the office. You set the terms for your own optimal performance.

At the office, every team has been provided with a dedicated area, fully equipped with monitors and everything else you might need to be productive and creative. But, working hard also means you need to refuel – so we always make sure there are plenty of snacks, beverages and fika at all our office locations.
Out and about.
When working remotely, you have the freedom to do so from the place that is most ideal for your situation, within the country of employment. Why limit ourselves to one specific space for creativity and innovation?

Vacay mode
Vacation and time off is important to allow for reflection and rest. We therefore have a vacation allowance and policy in place. We also believe in celebrations, so anyone who wants can take their birthday off as an additional vacation day.
